The staff were always friendly, available, and helpful. When there was no hot water (because it seemed that every guest decided to shower simultaneously), the staff member who answered my query about it was apologetic and handled what was probably a frustrating situation cheerfully, with grace, and good humour despite probably having answered several calls about it already. Our room was right behind the elevator, and you would never know it was there. In fact, you would think you were the only ones in the whole building, it was so peaceful! The room was very tastefully decorated, and clean. And the beds very comfy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (it was very hot and muggy outside), and didn’t sound like a jet engine. From now on, this is where I will stay each time I pass through Moncton!

Room and bed, breakfast was a little confusing where things were, someone should be stationed their to assist clients to where things are. After looking around we did see other things like dry cereal and milk in the corner but it was after we thought it was eggs, waffles and sausages. A great variety. Someone did eventually come in to replenish the food . The trays were hidden beside the coffee machine, they were not visible going in. Just could be set up better.

Breakfast was good but the room is too small for the amount of people consequently a long lineup and some need to eat in the hallway ! Overall, still was a good experience, good value and get what you pay !
